2023-24 Extra Mile Award: On-Demand Modules

Which teachers completed the most On-Demand modules in the past school year?

This week, we are celebrating the achievements of educators during the 2023-2024 school year with the annual NGPF Extra Mile Awards. More than 5,000 educators invested their time and effort participating in NGPF PD last year. The NGPF team thanks you for your commitment to financial education and for all of you who "went the extra mile."

Today's post focuses on the educators who completed the most On-Demand modules.

NGPF On-Demand was introduced in January 2021 as a flexible way to accommodate your busy schedules. It has grown to a library of more than 40 modules to deepen your content knowledge at your own pace.

This year, we released the NGPF On-Demand Starter Pack, a bundle of 12 NEW professional development modules covering six essential units to help set you up with the knowledge needed to successfully teach a personal finance course

In total, educators earned more than 15,800 PD credits via NGPF On-Demand modules in the 2023-24 NGPF Academy year.

The NGPF Academy recognizes and rewards educators who participate in NGPF professional development. Teachers earn achievements as their credit hours accumulate. You are automatically enrolled in the NGPF Academy when you participate in any of our PD offerings.

38 Educators Completed 30 or More On-Demand Modules

Congratulations to the 38 teachers recognized as NGPF Extra Mile Award winners for completing the most NGPF On-Demand modules during the 2023-24 Academy year. All on this list completed at least 30 modules last year, with the top participant, Karyn Green, completing 56 modules (that’s nearly all of them!).
