Only one day left to register...NGPF's FIRST Virtual Learning Conference (Saturday, March 21st)

What better way to culminate an incredible week of Virtual PDs than to attend NGPF's first Virtual Learning Conference. This week teachers participated in 1,274 hours of virtual professional development. Here's our favorite comment from this week: "Thank you for being the calm in this storm. I am starting to feel a little more comfortable with online teaching."

So, what's a Virtual Learning Conference?

  • An incredibly flexible format where you can join for one workshop or choose to register for more. The 600 teachers who have registered to date plan to attend 3 on average.
  • Participate in any of the 25 workshops (50 minutes each) planned meaning you have wide selection across 9 different time slots
  • NEW! Teaching Remotely series which allow teachers to collaborate to discuss strategies as classes move from in-person to online.
  • Deepen your content knowledge, pick up resources you can use starting on Monday and collaborate with teachers. What could be better!

Click on the schedule below to select any of the sessions that you are interested in participating in. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday!

About the Author

Tim Ranzetta

Tim's saving habits started at seven when a neighbor with a broken hip gave him a dog walking job. Her recovery, which took almost a year, resulted in Tim getting to know the bank tellers quite well (and accumulating a savings account balance of over $300!). His recent entrepreneurial adventures have included driving a shredding truck, analyzing executive compensation packages for Fortune 500 companies and helping families make better college financing decisions. After volunteering in 2010 to create and teach a personal finance program at Eastside College Prep in East Palo Alto, Tim saw firsthand the impact of an engaging and activity-based curriculum, which inspired him to start a new non-profit, Next Gen Personal Finance.
